What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver services to you. We do not sell contact lists and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form without asking you first.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and its source is stored on GitHub. Form submissions are currently delivered by FormSubmit, which relays the message toinfo@ventacore.com.au. These providers operate servers outside Australia, so submitting the form involves an overseas disclosure of the details you provide.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ventacore.com.au and we will respond.

We handle personal information in line with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy issue, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts at present. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
